Requirements The Chef de Partie is responsible for the preparation and presentation of all food services in the Monarto Safari Resort. It is also responsible for supervising the food preparation areas (kitchens). The high-quality cookery of Monarto Safari Resort menus Ensuring the quality and timely delivery of all Food to guests Ensure the kitchen is maintained and meets Safety and HACCAP compliance Detailed, accurate and articulate reporting of food-based shortages, quality issues and consumption patterns. Education/Experience: 3-5 years within a commercial hotel and/or restaurant kitchen. Qualification in Commercial Cookery.
